BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性HYNIC-UBI29-41由双功能螯合剂HYNIC和抗菌肽UBI29-41组成。HYNIC-UBI29-41保留了UBI29-41的抗菌

特性，对⾰兰⽒阳性菌和⾰兰⽒阴性菌均表现出良好的亲和⼒。HYNIC-UBI29-41⽤放射性元素Technetium

(99mTc)标记后，可在⼩⿏模型中作为细菌感染检测的成像剂[1]。
