摘要：机械设备性能预测和维护决策对于确保设备高效、可靠、安全运行至关重要。海量的设备运行数据蕴藏着丰富的信

息，大数据分析技术能够从中挖掘有价值的规律。本文以大数据分析技术在机械设备性能预测和维护决策中的应用为切入点，分

析了数据采集、处理和建模的关键技术，提出了基于大数据的性能参数预测、故障预测、使用寿命评估等方法，以及维护策略优

化、备件管理和质量控制的决策模式，旨在为设备的智能化维护管理提供技术路径。
