在保险行业竞争日益激烈的背景下，科学有效的员工绩效管理对提升企业竞争力、优化人才资源配置至关重要。本研究基于Java语言，采用Vue和SpringBoot框架，结合MySQL数据库，设计并实现保险公司员工绩效管理系统。该系统面向员工与公司管理者两类角色，构建差异化功能体系。员工可通过注册登录实现个人信息管理、绩效数据可视化查看、绩效趋势分析，并制定改进计划；同时，还能参与留言互动、获取系统公告与行业资讯，在线咨询绩效相关问题。公司管理者则具备员工信息审核、绩效指标制定、绩效评估执行、数据报表分析等功能，可依据绩效结果制定人才发展与激励策略，管理留言板、发布系统公告并审核行业资讯。系统借助Echarts实现绩效数据的直观呈现，有效提升绩效管理的科学性与透明度。该系统的成功研发与应用，不仅优化了保险公司员工绩效管理流程，提高了管理效率与决策科学性，也为同类企业的数字化绩效管理提供了可借鉴的技术方案。
