基于j2ee的企业文件管理系统.docVIP

摘要

企业的一些文件，如会议记录、培训材料、公文，对于一个企业无疑是十分重要的。由于文件数目多、创建者多、借阅者和创建时间杂乱，要维护重要文件十分不便，文件的更新和借阅使用要耗费大量的精力。以往的用纸质登记已经十分落伍，不符合办公信息化，用Excel等程序登记十分不便和混乱，不利于管理的信息化、规范化和集成化。为此，开发一个企业级文件管理系统用于管理企业的文件，是有百利而无一害的。

本系统基于J2EE开发，所使用到的框架为SSH，记录日志方面用到源码log4j。本系统设计有四大模块，实现了文件管理、文件鉴定、系统管理和数据维护等功能。各个模块下的小模块，相互配合，可完成上述功能。

本系统的开发环境如下：开发软件为myeclipse10，数据库为Oracle10g，Web服务器为Tomcat6.0，开发环境为Windows7操作系统。

Abstract

It’sessentialforacorporationtohaveagoodmanagementofbusinessarchive,suchasminutesofmeetings,trainingmaterialsandofficialdocuments.However,wefinditnoteasytostorediversevolumesinformationinorder,whichisgatheredbyanypersoninacompanyatanytime.Therearemanywaysofarrangingfiles,butnearlynoonecanperfectlyactastheoneconsuminglittlemanuallaborandmaterialresources.Withtherapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,thetraditionalmeansofcollectingpaperydatahasgraduallyfadedoutandmoreattentionhasbeendrawntocomputerapplication.Althoughcomputersoftwaresurpassestraditionalways,someofwhichthrowpeopledisappointmentinthattheyfailtoachieveinformatization,standardizationandintegrationofarchivemanagement.Therefore,developinganewcomputersystemisanecessityforarchivemanagementinenterprises.

ThearchivemanagementsystemisbasedonJ2EE,thatframeworkusedforSSH.Therearefourmajormodule,suchasarchivemanagement,archivecheck,systemmanagementanddatapreverse.Underthevariousmodulesandhavetheirownsmallfunctionmodule,cancompletethefunctionsuchasarchivemanagement.

ThearchivemanagementsystemrequiresthatitbeconductedinWindows7operatingsystembymyeclipse10software,Oracle10gdatabaseandTomcat6.0webserver.
