Travellersbornonorbefore31Dec.2009whodonotmeetthevaccinationrequirementsaboveareconsiderednon-fullyvaccinatedtravellers.Theywillbesubjecttoentryapprovals,testsandquarantine.Thisincludestravellerswho:

*Aremedicallyexempted(免除)fromCOVID-19vaccination.

*Tooknon-WHOEULvaccinesonly,anddidnottaketheminimumdosageofWHOEULCOVID-19vaccines.

*RecoveredfromCOVID-19butdidnotcompletetheminimumdosageofWHOEULCOVID-19vaccines.

Generally,non-fullyvaccinatedlongtermpassholdersandshort-termvisitorsarenotallowedtoenterSingaporeunlessinexceptionalcircumstances.
