SUMMARY:TheU.S.TradeRepresentative(TradeRepresentative)hasdeterminedthattheacts,policies,andpracticesoftheGovernmentofChinarelatedtotechnologytransfer,intellectualproperty,andinnovationcoveredintheinvestigationareunreasonableordiscriminatoryandburdenorrestrictU.S.commerce.TheOfficeofthe

U.S.TradeRepresentative(USTR)isseekingpubliccommentandwillholdapublichearingregardingaproposeddeterminationonappropriateactioninresponsetotheseacts,policies,andpractices.TheTradeRepresentativeproposesanadditionaldutyof25percentonalistofproductsfromChina.Thelistofproducts,definedby8-digitsubheadingsoftheHarmonizedTariffScheduleoftheUnitedStates(HTSUS),issetoutintheAnnextothisNotice.
