Hefrequentlytravelsthroughvillages,

advisingpeopleonthebestwaysto

avoidgettingthepainfuldisease.

peopleinKajiadosufferfromtrachoma-whichistypicalinthistypeofpoor

pastoralcommunity.

theeye,thecornea.
