Abstract:Indrillingandcompletionprojects,sludgeisformedasabyproductwhenbariteandoil

aremixed,andlaterstickstothecasing.Thisphenomenonhascausedadelayindrillingprogress,

andincreasedexplorationanddevelopmentcosts.Sincenano-emulsionshavelowinterfacialsurface

tension,wetting,andreversalcapabilities,thisstudyusednano-emulsionswithaparticlesizeof

about14nmtoprepareacleaningfluidsystem.Thissystemenhancesstabilitythroughthenetwork

structureinthefiber-reinforcedsystem,andpreparesasetofnano-cleaningfluidswithadjustable

densityforultra-deepwells.Theeffectiveviscosityofthenano-cleaningfluidreaches11mPas,and

thesystemisstableforupto8h.Inaddition,thisresearchindependentlydevelopedanindoor
