SouthernHebeiNewDistrictislocatedinthesouthernpartofthemainurbanarea
ofHandanCity.ItislocatedintheintersectionareaoftheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei
integrationstrategyandthetwonationalstrategiesoftheCentralPlainsEconomicZone.
Thenorthwestoftheterrainismostlyhillyarea,andthesoutheastismostlylowplain
area.Long-termagriculturalcultivation,uniquegeographicallocationandregional
culturehaveformedtheuniquecharacteristicsofagriculturaldevelopmentinthenew
areaofsouthernHebei.Inthisthesis,throughthefieldinvestigationandvisitofthenew
agriculturalmanagemententitiesin8townshipsand1officeinHandanJinanNewArea,
combinedwiththequestionnairesurveyof293farmersagriculturalproductionstatus
andtheexperienceofadvancedagriculturalproductionmodelsathomeandabroad,this
thesisclarifiesthecurrentsituationandmainproblemsofagriculturalproductionin
HandanJinanNewArea,andputsforwardtargetedcountermeasuresandsuggestions.
Theresultsofthestudyareasfollows:
First,landfragmentationisserious.Intermsoflandcultivation,theplantingarea
under10acresisthemost,accountingfor32.42%ofthesurveysample;andthereare
fewercontiguouspieces,mostlyscatteredsmallplots.
Second,thelowlevelofeducationoffarmers.Intermsoftheeducationallevelof
farmers,thenumberofpeoplewithjuniorhighschoolandbelowaccountedfor83.96%.
Collegeoraboveaccountedfor4.1%.Theeducationlevelisgenerallylow,which
bringsdifficultiestothepromotionofnewtechnologiesinagriculturalproduction.
