新型电力系统中储能系统综合价值测度研究

［摘要］当前，随着新型电力系统的建设，大规模高比例新能源接入电力系统导致我国能源供应出现更大的

不确定性。储能系统依靠其良好的运行特性有效提升了电力系统的高可再生能源渗透水平，但其所带来的增加新

能源消纳、降低线路损耗、延缓输配电升级改造和提升能源供应可靠性等价值难以在储能收益中得到合理体现，

片面且不精准的储能系统价值测度限制了储能投资及应用。文章分析了储能系统的内部价值测度及外部价值测度，

并进行了储能系统综合价值测度测算，旨在促进储能产业健康发展。

Abstract

［］Currently,withtheconstructionofnewpowersystems,thelarge﹣scaleandhighproportionofnewenergy

connectedtothepowersystemhasledtogreateruncertaintyinChinasenergysupply.Theenergystoragesystem,relyingon

itsgoodoperatingcharacteristics,effectivelyimprovesthehighpenetrationlevelofrenewableenergyinthepowersystem.

However,thevalueitbrings,suchasincreasingtheconsumptionofnewenergy,reducinglinelosses,delayingtheupgrading

andtransformationoftransmissionanddistribution,andimprovingenergysupplyreliability,isdifficulttobereasonably

reflectedintheenergystoragebenefits.Theone﹣sidedandinaccuratemeasurementofthevalueoftheenergystoragesystem

limitstheinvestmentandapplicationofenergystorage.Thearticleanalyzestheinternalandexternalvaluemeasurementof

energystoragesystems,andconductscomprehensivevaluemeasurementofenergystoragesystems,aimingtopromotethe

healthydevelopmentoftheenergystorageindustry.
