【摘要】以广东应用型本科高校广州航海学院证券投资学一流课程建设为例，指出了在高校一流课

程建设背景下基于结果导向教育（OBE）理念的证券投资学教学改革方向，在分析了传统证券投资学课堂

教学概况的基础上，运用OBE理念提出证券投资学教学改革的实施方案，并将思政元素融入课堂，旨在

构建以学生为本、以产出或需求为导向的教学模式，提升学生的思政水平和素养，让证券投资理论与实践

更好结合，提高证券投资学课程的教学质量和效果，打造一流课程。

Abstract:Usingthecaseoftheconstructionofafirst-classsecuritiesinvestmentcourseatGuangzhouMaritime

University,aappliedundergraduateuniversityinGuangdong,thispaperpointsoutthedirectionofsecurities

investmentteachingreformbasedontheOutcome-BasedEducation(OBE)conceptwithinthecontextof

constructingfirst-classcoursesinuniversities.Afteranalyzingtheoverviewoftraditionalclassroomteaching

insecuritiesinvestment,animplementationplanfortheteachingreformofsecuritiesinvestmentisproposed,

incorporatingideologicalandpoliticalelementsintotheclassroom.Theaimistoestablishastudent-centeredand

outputordemand-orientedteachingmodel,enhancestudentsideologicalandpoliticallevelandliteracy,better

integratesecuritiesinvestmenttheoryandpractice,improvetheteachingqualityandeffectivenessofsecurities

investmentcourses,andcreateafirst-classcurriculum.

一、引言与基本业务知识相结合的必修课，是一门综合性、理论

证券投资是理财的一种重要手段。加强对证券投资性和实践性相结合的课程，讲授证券投资的基本知识、

理论与方法的研究，对于提高证券投资者素质，发挥证原理和操作技巧。在学习金融学的基础上，与金融学的

券市场投融资功能，促进我国证券市场市场化、法治内容联系起来进行，通过课堂教学，使
