摘要

随着经济全球化和互联网技术的发展，一批互联网平台企业正在崛起，其中一些企业经过一系列的重组与合并产生了拥有巨大用户数量、广泛的市场影响力和极大竞争优势的互联网平台。同时，关于互联网平台企业实施垄断的案件也越来越多，其带来的负面影响也蔓延到除经济、相关市场外的诸如社会、公共领域，既制约了我国市场经济健康可持续发展的因素，又排除并限制了竞争，打击其他竞争者竞争和创新积极性。长此以往，将会阻碍技术升级与创新、损害消费者福利甚至冲击社会秩序。因此，为了经济的持续健康发展、竞争秩序的良好维系，应规制互联网平台企业滥用自身优势的行为。

平台在经济领域中的垄断形式，主要表现为互联网平台企业所实施的垄断行为。限于篇幅，文章着重于讨论互联网平台企业滥用市场支配地位的问题，并就此提出我的一些思考。

Abstract

WiththedevelopmentofeconomicglobalizationandInternettechnology,anumberofInternetplatformenterprisesarerising.SomeofthemhaveproducedInternetplatformswithahugenumberofusers,extensivemarketinfluenceandgreatcompetitiveadvantagesthroughaseriesofreorganizationandmerger.Atthesametime,therearemoreandmorecasesabouttheimplementationofmonopolybyInternetplatformenterprises,andthenegativeimpactofwhichhasalsospreadtothesocialandpublicfieldsinadditiontotheeconomyandrelatedmarkets,whichnotonlyrestrictsthehealthyandsustainabledevelopmentofourmarketeconomy,butalsoexcludesandlimitsthecompetitionanddiscouragestheenthusiasmofothercompetitorstocompeteandinnovate.Inthelongrun,itwillhindertechnologicalupgradingandinnovation,damageconsumerwelfareandevenimpactsocialorder.Therefore,inordertosustainthehealthydevelopmentofeconomyandmaintainthecompetitiveorder,theabuseofadvantagesofInternetplatformenterprisesshouldberegulated.
