ThisServiceContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[CompanyName],acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country](Company),and[TranslationServiceProvider],acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country](Provider).

1.Services

ProvideragreestoprovideprofessionalEnglishto[TargetLanguage]translationservices(theServices)toCompanyfortheperiodcommencingon[StartDate]andendingon[EndDate](theServicePeriod).TheServicesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

a.Translationofdocuments,emails,andothermaterialsprovidedbyCompanyintotheTargetLanguage,ensuringaccuracy,clarity,andculturalappropriateness.

b.Reviewandproofreadingoftranslationstoensurequalityandconsistency.

c.Desktoppublishing(DTP)servicesfortranslateddocuments,ifrequired.

d.AssistancewithlocalizationofCompanyswebsiteandonlinecontent,asneeded.

e.Anyadditionalservicesagreeduponinwritingbybothparties.

2.DeliveryandAcceptanceofServices

ProvidershalldeliverthetranslatedmaterialstoCompanywithintheagreedtimelines,whichshallnotexceed[Number]businessdaysfromthedateofreceiptofthematerialstobetranslated.Companyagreestoreviewandacceptorrejectthetranslatedmaterialswithin[Number]businessdaysofreceipt.IfCompanyrejectsanytranslation,Providershallrevisethetranslationandresubmititwithin[Number]businessdaysofnotificationofrejection.

3.QualityStandards

ProvideragreestoperformtheServicesinaccordancewiththehigheststandardsofqualityandaccuracy.Providershalluseitsbesteffortstoensurethatthetranslationsareaccurate,errorfree,anddeliveredinatimelymanner.Companyreservestherighttorequestrevisionstothetranslatedmaterialsiftheydonotmeettheagreedqualitystandards.
