摘要：区块链技术以去中心化等为特点，在供应链管理中显示出了巨大的应用潜力。文章分析区块链技术在供应链信息化

管理方面的潜力，剖析我国供应链管理存在的信息孤岛等问题，并结合案例提出供应链区块链应用系统化实施路径。通过业务梳

理找准切入点、联盟链平台搭建实现多方协同、与传统系统集成打通数据壁垒、完善治理机制保障高效运转，区块链正成为供应

链数字化转型的关键支撑。随着技术进一步成熟，区块链将与人工智能和大数据融合创新，开启供应链管理的新时代。

Abstract:Blockchaintechnology,withitscharacteristicssuchasdecentralization,showsgreatapplicationpotentialinsupplychain

management.Thispaperanalyzesthepotentialofblockchaintechnologyinsupplychaininformationmanagement,analyzesthe

problemsofChinassupplychainmanagement,suchasinformationisland,andproposesthesystematicapplicationpathofblockchain

insupplychainincombinationwithcases.Throughtrafficgroomingtofindtheentrypoint,alliancechainplatformconstructionto

achievemulti-partycollaboration,integrationwithtraditionalsystemstobreakdowndatabarriers,andimprovementofgovernance

mechanismstoensureefficientoperation,blockchainisbecomingakeysupportforthedigitaltransformationofthesupplychain.

Withthefurtherimprovementoftechnology,blockchainwillintegratewithartificialintelligenceandbigdataforinnovation,which

willopenaneweraofsupplychainmanagement.

近年来，随着经济全球化和信息技术的快速发展，企业供应链日益复杂，对供应链管理提出了更高要求。信息不对称导致
