供应链模式下供应商管理难点

及精细化策略分析

【摘要】在全球市场竞争日益激烈的背景下，企业供应链管理成为提升综合竞争力的关键手段。供应链模式下

的企业管理以提升质量和效率为目标，而供应商是加速供应链融合的关键，在此过程中实现精细化管理具有重要价

值。文中分析了供应链模式下供应商管理的难点并提出相应的精细化提升策略。着重指出当前供应链模式下的供

应商管理存在数据采集与供应商开发难度大、供应商分类粗放、供应商绩效与评价管理质量差等实际问题。在此基

础上，要分别从供应商数据的精细化管理、供应商开发、优化供应商关系管理和实现供应商精细化绩效评价等方面出

发，破除供应商精细化管理难点，实现供应商管理水平提升的目标。
