基于层次分析法的制造业器件供应商风险评价研究

摘要：随着航天器批产化的发展，定期识别元器件供应商风险，确保元器件供应链安全愈发重要。从技术、

人员、质量、进度、财务等方面建立了可量化的宇航元器件供应商风险评价指标体系，利用层次分析法实现对供

应商风险的量化分级管理，确保元器件供应链稳定运行。由于汽车行业同样面临高可靠性需求、供应链复杂性和

国产化替代压力，其供应商风险管理与宇航领域具有高度相似性，因此所提出的层次分析法模型可直接迁移至汽

车元器件供应商管理中，为制造业供应链韧性提升提供普适性解决方案。
