BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性1-Butyl-3,5,8-trihydroxy-9,10-anthracenedione(Compound2)是⼀种蒽醌类似物。1-Butyl-3,5,8-

trihydroxy-9,10-anthracenedione可从⼟壤ActinomyceteStreptomyces中分离得到。1-Butyl-3,5,8-

trihydroxy-9,10-anthracenedione对HepG2、A875、BGC-823和MCF-7细胞具有强效细胞毒性，其IC50分

别为2.29、4.90、0.99和1.66μg/mL。1-Butyl-3,5,8-trihydroxy-9,10-anthracenedione具有抗肿瘤活性
