Objective

DeleteallpatientdataandmaketheNavilasreadyforanewsite(e.g.clinic,tradeshow,customer,…).

CAUTION

Alldataontheworkstationwillbelost.Beforeyoustarttheproceduresmakeabackupofall

relevantpatientdata,toanexternalmassstoragedevice.

Procedure

1.PlugaUSBmass-storagedeviceinNavilas.

2.StartsystemandwaitforRSAtofinishbooting

3.ExitRSAwithServiceExit

4.Tomakeabackupoftheexistingcustomer

data,gotodirectory„E:\RSA_Embedded”and

copythedirectoriesmdb_fi,PPU_Logsand

LogFito3rdpartitiononUSBmemorydevice

(figure177).

5.Deletethefolder“mdb_fi”under

„E:\RSA_Embedded”(figure178)

6.Touseanemptydatabase,withoutpatients,

copythe“InternationalService

CD\Install\EmptyRSADatabase\mdb_fi”

foldertothe„E:\RSA_Embedded”folder(figurefigure177

179).

7.Navietothefolder“C:\Service”andstart

thelink“RsaMigration”.

8.Inthewindowofthemigration-toolyouwill

seefromwhichdatabaseversiontowhichnew

versionyourdatabasewillbemigrated(figure

181).

9.Theversion-numbersinyoursystemcandiffer

fromtheversion-numbersinthefigurebelow.

Ifyouarealreadyusingthelatestdatabase-

versionthemigration-toolwilldisythe

correspondingmessageandthestart-button

willbedisabled.
