1.ScopeofServices/Products

1.2TheServices/Productsshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththespecifications,qualitystandards,andtimelinessetforthinScheduleA.

1.3Party2shallusereasonableeffortstoensurethattheServices/ProductsmeettherequirementsandexpectationsofParty1.

2.TermandTermination

2.1ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[Duration]unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

3.FeesandPayment
