1.SELECTINGCOMPASSDISYMODE

(a)ThecompassswitchallowsyoutoselecttheDisyorNon–disymodeofthecompass.

2.SETTINGZONE

(a)Deviationweenthe”icnorth”and”actualnorth”differsdependingonthelocation.There-

fore,adjustmentoftheismisrequired.Sincetheicconditiondiffersaccordingtothe

areawherethevehicleisused,itisnecessaryforeachusertosetthezone(Referto”CompassZone

Map”).Thezonesettingcanbechangedusingthecompswitchoftheinnermirror.

3.PERFORMINGCALIBRATION

(a)Becauseeachvehiclehasitsownicfield,calibrationshouldbeperformedforeachvehicle.

Thiscompassfunctionisusedwhenstoringtherecordofthevehicle’sicfield.

4.WHENCOMPASSIZED:
