更换

1.拆卸后车轮和轮胎。

规定扭矩：

88.3~107.9N.m(9.0~11.0kgf.m,65.1~79.6lb-ft)

拆卸前车轮和轮胎时,不要损坏轮毂螺栓。

2.拧下螺栓和螺母在后桥上分离减振器。

规定扭矩：

137.3~156.9N.m(14.0~16.0kgf.m,101.3~115.7lb-ft)

3.拧下减振器固定螺栓(A)。

规定扭矩：

49.0~63.7N.m(5.0~6.5kgf.m,36.2~47.0lb.ft)

4.按拆卸的相反顺序安装。

检查

1.检查橡胶部件是否损坏或变形。

2.检查减振器是否有异常阻力或异常噪音。

处理

1.完全伸长减振器杆。

3.Unscrewtheshockabsorberfixing

bolt(A).

Specifiedtorque:49.0~63.7N.m(5.0~6.

5kgf.m,36.2~47.0lb.ft)

4.Installinthereverseorderof

removal.

检查

1.Checkwhethertherubberpartsaredamagedor

deformed.

2.Checktheshockabsorberforabnormalresistanceor

abnormalnoise.

处理

1.Fullyextendthedamperrod.
