人工准备进路作业时间

1目的

为明确在转辙机无法自动执行操作的故障情况下站务人员人工准备进路作业程序

及时间，最度地减少对行车的影响，特制定本。

2适用范围

本适用于在运营过程中，发生道岔控制设备故障或信号联锁系统影响正常

行车的紧急处理，在上述过程中站务人员进行人工操作设备的步骤及时间。

3制定依据

3.1准备时间按240秒计算。

3.2摇岔完成后选择在安全位避让，则到达安全位置的时间按10秒计算。

3.3道岔只锁不摇时，则挂钩锁时间按30秒计算。

3.4单个钩锁器的拆除作业时间按20S计算。

3.5人工准备进路作业时间包括

（1）准备时间；

（2）到达指定道岔的时间；

（3）摇岔时间；

（4）返回时间。

3.6各步骤的时间均按2007年3月13日至27日站务及信号一男一女的实测时间

取平均值为依据。

3.3Whentheturnoutisonlylockedbutnotrocked,thehooklocktimeis

calculatedas30seconds.
