摘要

近年来随着国家加大对中学体育教育制度改革，多地区中考体育总分大幅提

升，有的地区如云南省、河南省、陕西省等总分甚至提升至100分达到了同语数

外同分值的水平，中学体育教育改革一度成为社会热议的焦点。同时在面临“分

流”压力的中考节点，中考成绩中体育的1分和语数英的1分更是有着同样的

含金量。但就目前的情况看，在学校、家长、学生一味追求中考体育好成绩的背

后却存在着短期内希望快速提高中学生身体运动能力与长期不锻炼，身体素质差

的现实差距，以及追求中学生能拿到体育中考好成绩与平时体育教育不到位的失

衡现象。

本片以这两大矛盾为主要探讨点，结合近期中考体育的相关政策、体育教育

培训市场的火热的现象，使用文献历史法、实地调查法、深度访谈法采访了山西

省大同市的中学生、学生家长、学校体育教师等。希望通过此次深度调查，让更

多的人认识到体育教育的重要性已被很多人意识到，但中学体育教育被重视的背

后也出现了一些值得深思的问题，如体育教育的应试化现象。借此本片想要表达

Abstract

Inrecentyears,asthestatehasstrengthenedthereformofthephysicaleducationsystemin

middleschools,thetotalscoresofphysicaleducationinmiddleschoolentranceexamsinmany

regionshaveincreasedsignificantly,someareas,suchasYunnanProvince,HenanProvince,

ShaanxiProvince,andsoon,thetotalscorehasevenincreasedto100points,reachingthelevelof

thesamenumberofwordswiththesamescore.Atthesametimeinthefaceofthe“Shunt”

pressureofthetestnode,thetestresultsinthephysical1pointsand1pointsinEnglishnumerals

isthesamegoldcontent.Butaccordingtothepresentsituation,behindtheschools,parentsand

students#039;pursuitofhighschoolentranceexaminationsportsresults,therearehopesto

rapidlyimprovethephysicalabilityofhighschoolstudentsintheshorttermandlong-term
