摘要

近年来，随着我国经济水平不断地增长，公民对身体健康的关注度也在不

断地增加，我国开始对烟草行业逐步执行减量增效策略，使得烟盒包装形式也

实现飞速发展，然而，当前天地盖内盒的成型设备在成盒速度、效率以及产品

合格率等重要指标已经没有办法满足市场上的要求，需要设计一条具有市场潜

能的天地盖内盒成型高速自动化生产线，对提高市场上类似盒型生成具有深远

的影响。

以此为条件，设计一款天地盖内盒成型贴胶片装置，此装置为实现天地盖

内盒成型高速自动化生产线的其中重要一个环节。

首先，通过了解现有的天地盖烟盒生产工艺路线，提出适合贴胶片装置的

工艺流程，并对其装置进行合理的排列布局。

其次，通过概念设计方法并结合模糊评价，对天地盖内盒成型贴胶片装置

进行方案设计，提出了满足设计要求的三种方案，对各方案综合分析，得到实

现该装置设计的较优方案。

然后，通过上述得到的较优方案，运用SolidWorks软件对每一组件进行三

维建模，分析其关键组件，并对装置中的驱动部分进行设计选型。

最后，运用ANSYSWorkbench对天地盖内盒成型贴胶片装置的切刀进行

了稳态热分析和瞬态动力学分析，明确了切刀在工作过程中的应力和应变情况，

为切刀的设计和优化提供有力的支持，进一步确保了其在工作中的稳定性和可

靠性。

按以上思路设计的天地盖内盒成型贴胶片装置，具有快速贴胶、精准定位

的特点。经过市场检验，证明了该装置能够实现更高效、更稳定的贴合效果。

Inrecentyears,withthecontinuousgrowthofChinaseconomiclevel,citizens

concernforhealthhasalsobeenincreasing.Thestrategyofreducingthequantity

andincreasingtheefficiencyofthetobaccoindustrywasimplementedbyChina,

leadingtorapiddevelopmentinthecigaretteboxpackagingform.However,the

currentmoldingequipmentfortheinnerboxandthelidspeed,efficiency,and

productqualificationrate,amongotherimportantindicators,wereunabletomeet

themarketrequirements.Thedesignofaboxformingdevicewithmarketpotential

hadaprofoundimpactonimprovingthegenerationofsimilarboxtypesonthe

market.Consequently,Ahigh-speedautomatedproductionlinewithmarketpotential
