方法1：根据建筑面积估算墙面面积

：墙面面积=建筑面积×0.7×3.5

根据建筑面积估算，本例墙面面积为90×0.7×3.5=220.5平方米。

方法2：根据使用面积估算墙面面积

：墙面面积=（全部使用面积-厨房使用面积-卫生间使用面积）×3.5

如果本例使用面积为75平方米，厨房使用面积为5平方米，卫生间使用面积面积为4

平方米，则本例墙面面积为（75-5-4）×3.5=231平方米。

方法3：精确测量墙面面积

分别测量每面墙的面积，减去全部门的面积，再减去所有窗面积的一半，得出实际墙面
