einfluenceoftheCOVID-19andtheinternationalsituationinrecentyears,theroleofthe

constructionindustryasapillarindustryofthenationaleconomyisstillgrowing.However,it

isalsopointedoutthattheconstructionindustrystillfacesproblemsoflowdevelopmentqual

ityandefficiency,mainlymanifestedinextensivedevelopmentmethods,lowlaborproductivi

ty,highenergyconsumption,andhighemissions.Prefabricatedbuildingsprovideagoodsolut

iontotheseproblems.Intheplanning,theimportanceofprefabricatedbuildingsasabreakthr

oughpointforthetransformationandupgradingoftheconstructionindustryandimprovingef

ficiencywasclearlyemphasized.Anditispointedoutthatweshouldstartfrombuildingasta

ndardizeddesignandproductionsystemforprefabricatedbuildings,promotingintelligentupg

radingofproductionandconstruction,expandingthescaleofstandardizedcomponentsandc

omponentcomponents,andfurtherimprovingthecomprehensivebenefitsofprefabricatedbui
