案例Case粗骨料的针片状Elongatedandflakycoarseaggregate施工中输送泵送混凝土，有时会发生严重的堵管事件,致使泵管报废以及混凝土浪费,造成一定的经济损失以及对工期造成了一定的影响。Duringthedeliveryofpumpedconcreteinconstruction,sometimesseriouspipeblockagemayoccur,resultinginscrappingofpumplinesandwasteofconcrete.Itcausescertaineconomiclossesandadverselyaffectstheconstructionperiod.

粗集料的颗粒形状以正立方体为佳，不宜含有过多的针、片状颗粒，否则将显著影响混合料的拌合、成型、强度。Thecoarseaggregateshouldpreferablycontainsquareandcubeparticlesandnottoomanyelongatedandflakyparticles,otherwiseitwillsignificantlyaffectthemixing,formingandstrengthofthemixture.1、对于水泥混凝土，针状颗粒是指颗粒长度大于平均粒径的2.4倍的颗粒，片状颗粒是指颗粒厚度小于平均粒径的0.4倍的颗粒(平均粒径指该粒级上、下粒级的平均值)；可采用规准仪法和游标卡尺法测定。Forcementconcrete,thelengthofelongatedparticlesisgreaterthan2.4timestheaverageparticlesize,andthethicknessofflakyparticlesislessthan0.4timestheaverageparticlesize(whichistheaverageoftheupperandlowerlimitsofthesizerange).Agaugetesterandverniercalipercanbeusedformeasurement.2、对于沥青混合料，针片状颗粒是指粗集料颗粒的最大长度方向和最大厚度方向的尺寸之比大于3倍的颗粒，采用游标卡尺法测定。Forasphaltmixture,theratioofthemaximumlengthtothemaximumthicknessoftheelongatedandflakyparticlesincoarseaggregateisgreaterthan3andanverniercaliperisusedformeasurement.游标卡尺Verniercaliper

GB/T14684-2011《建设用碎石卵石》，测定水泥混凝土用骨料的针片状含量试验DeterminethecontentofelongatedandflakyparticlesinaggregatesforcementconcreteaccordingtoGB/T14684-2011PebbleandCrushedStoneforConstruction.

1、针片状颗粒含量越小越好。

Thesmallerthecontentofelongatedandflakyparticles,thebetter.2、对于水泥混凝土用骨料测定针片状的方法，采用规准仪法和游标卡尺法测定；对于沥青混合料用集料测定针片状的方法采用游标卡尺法测定。
