WHEREAS,theSelleristheownerofthefollowinggoods(theGoods):

ANDWHEREAS,theBuyerdesirestopurchasetheGoodsfromtheSelleronthetermsandconditionssetforthherein.

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.SaleofGoods:

TheSellerherebyagreestosell,andtheBuyeragreestopurchase,theGoodsdescribedinExhibitAattachedhereto,onthefollowingtermsandconditions:
