ThisCharterPartyismadeandenteredintoasof[StartDate](EffectiveDate),byandbetween[LessorsFullLegalName],havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[LessorsAddress](Lessor),and[LesseesFullLegalName],havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[LesseesAddress](Lessee).

WHEREAS,Lessoristheregisteredownerofthevesselnamed[VesselName](theVessel),ofIMONumber[IMONumber],MMSINumber[MMSINumber],builtin[YearofBuild],andclassedby[ClassSocietyName]underClass[ClassNotation],asappearsinthecurrentvalidclassificationcertificates;

WHEREAS,LessordesirestoleasetheVesseltoLesseeforuseinitscommercialmaritimeoperations,andLesseedesirestoleasetheVesselfromLessorforsuchpurpose;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereincontained,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.VesselDetails

1.1TheVesseldescribedintherecitalsabove,togetherwithherappurtenances,isherebyleasedbyLessortoLessee(LeasedVessel).

1.2TheVesselshallremainatalltimesinaseaworthyconditionsuitableforthepurposesforwhichsheisletoutunderthisCharterParty.

2.CharterPartyTypeandTerm

2.1ThisCharterPartyshallbea[ChooseCharterType:e.g.,TimeCharter]CharterParty(CharterParty).

2.2TheCharterPartyshallcommenceon[StartDate]andcontinueforaperiodof[Number][Units:e.g.,Months,Years](CharterPeriod),unlesssoonerterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisCharterParty.

3.PlaceofDeliveryandAcceptance

3.1TheVesselshallbedeliveredtoLesseeat[DeliveryPortName],[DeliveryPortCountry](PlaceofDelivery),onorbefore[DeliveryDate],inacleanandsea-worthycondition,fittedandequippedwitheverythingnecessaryforheroperation,includingaproperandefficientengine,boilers,pumps,communicationgear,navigationalequipment,andallgearnecessaryforthesafenavigationandworkingof
