输气站安全切断阀运行故障分析及对策

摘要：输气站安全切断阀是调压撬重要组成部分，其日常运行可靠性与设备自身、附属部件以

及外部因素密切相关。以川气东输某输气站安全切断阀为例，针对异常切断、不能正常切断和

机械性故障等问题，分析了上级弱电、管理不到位、动力电供电及设备老化等方面的原因，提出

了整改措施，并成功应用于各输气站，显著提升了安全切断阀运行可靠性。

Abstract:Thesafetyshut-offvalveofthegastransmissionstationisanimportantcomponentofthepressure

regulatingpry,anditsdailyoperationalreliabilityiscloselyrelatedtotheequipmentitself,auxiliary

components,andexternalfactors.Thesafetyshut-offvalveofagastransmissonstationinacertainjurisdictionof

theprojecttotransportnaturalgasfromSichuantotheeasternregionswasstudied.Thereasonsforabnormal

shut-off,inabilitytocutoffnormally,andmechanicalfailureswereanalyzedanddeterminedtobeweak

electricityfromhigherauthorities,inadequatemanagementandpowersupply,andequipmentaging.

Rectificationmeasureswereproposedandsuccessfullyappliedtovariousgastransmissionstations,significantly

improvingtheoperationalreliabilityofthesafetycut-offvalve.
