［Abstract］ObjectiveToinvestigatethevalueofCTradiomicsforpredictingeffectofneoadjuvantchemotherapy

（NACT）forlocallyadvancedgastriccancer（LAGC）.MethodsTotally325LAGCpatientswhoreceivedNACTwere

retrospectivelyenrolled，amongthem247weretakenastrainingset，whiletherest78weretakenasvalidationset.Tumor

regressionscale（TRG）wasevaluatedaccordingtopostoperationpathologyafterNACT，andtheefficacyofNACTwas

evaluated.UnivariatelogisticregressionwasusedtoanalyzeandscreenclinicalpredictorsofeffectofNACT，andclinical

modelwasconstructed.RadiomicsfeatureswereextractedbasedonvenousphaseenhancedCTpre-andpost-NACT，and
