输油管网原油质量检测分析研究

［摘要]对某原油集输管网7个来油点8个月的油样进行了原油八项指标检测，共7840个项目，并形成数据分析

图表。研究结果表明，该集输管网接收原油为中质、含水、高含硫、含盐、含酸，各来油点密度的变异系数最小，数据趋

于稳定，含盐量变异系数最大，数据范围最大；其次，对各项指标数据进行相关性分析，结果表明该油区密度与含硫

量高度相关。对于该油区含硫量较高的现状，应做好质量把控与监督，同时应开展多方面防腐措施，以确保高质量安

全输送。

[AbstractJEightcrudeoilindextestswerecarriedoutonoilsamplesfrom7oilpointsin

thegatheringandtransportationpipelinenetworkfor8months,withatotalof7840items,

anddataanalysischartswereformed.Theresultsshowthatthecrudeoilreceivedbythe

gatheringandtransportationpipelinenetworkismedium,containingwater,high-sulfur,salt-

containingandacidic,andthecoefficientofvariationofthedensityofeachoilpointisthe

smallest,andthedatatendstobestable,andthecoefficientofvariationofsaltcontentisthe

largest,andthedatarangeisthelargest.Secondly,thecorrelationanalysisofeachindexda-

tashowsthatthedensityoftheoilareaishighlycorrelatedwiththesulfurcontent.Forthe

currentsituationofhighsulfurcontentinthisoilarea,qualitycontrolandsupervisionshould
