煤矿带式输送机异物检测系统的设计研究

摘要：为进一步探究煤矿带式输送机异物的精准高效检测方法，结合煤矿带式输送机异物检测工作的实际需求，

以MO-YOLOX智能网络模型为核心，辅以图像处理、视频处理等技术，搭建了煤矿带式输送机异物检测系统的架构，

并实现了异物检测的关键功能。从实际的工业性实验结果来看，该系统能够对煤矿带式输送机运行过程中常见的木

头、铁器和煤矸石3类异物进行较为精准的实时监测，表明该系统具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract：Inordertofurtherexploretheaccurateandefficientdetectionmethodforforeignobjectsincoalminebeltconveyor，

thispapercombinedwiththeactualneedsofforeignobjectsdetectionincoalminebeltconveyor，basedontheMO-YOLOX

intelligentnetworkmodelasthecore，supportedbyimageprocessing，videoprocessingandothertechnologies，builtthe

frameworkofforeignobjectsdetectionsystemincoalminebeltconveyor，andrealizedthekeyfunctionsofforeignobjects

detection.Fromtheactualindustrialexperimentresults，thesystemcanbeusedtomonitorwood，ironandcoalgangue

commonlyusedintheoperationofcoalminebeltconveyorinrealtime，indicatingthatthesystemhaspotentialapplication

value.
