Deeplearningisacomplexsubject.Ononehand,itisdeeplytheoreticalwithextensive
mathematicalbacking.Indeed,withoutagoodintuitiveunderstandingofthemathematical
underpinnings,oneisdoomedtomerelyrunningofftheshelfpre-packagedmodelswithout
understandingthemfully.Thesemodelsoftendonotlendthemselveswelltotheexactproblem
oneneedstosolveandoneishelplessifanychangeorre-architectingisnecessary.Onthe
otherhand,deeplearningisalsointenselypracticalrequiringsignificantPythonprogramming
skillsonnewplatformslikeTensorflowandPyTorch.Failuretomasterthoseleavesoneunable
tosolveanyrealproblem.
