AbstractObjective:ToinvestigatethecurrentstatusofunmetneedsofAECOPDpatients,toanalyzethevariabilityamongdifferent

groups,andtoprovideareferencebasisfordevelopingfutureinterventionssoastoimprovetheunmetneedsofAECOPDpatients.

Methods:FromJune1,2022toJune28,2023,totally231AECOPDpatientsin6hospitalsinDongguancitywereselectedfor4follow‐

upsurveysbyusingconveniencesamplingmethod.Anddatawereanalyzedbyusinglatentcategorygrowthmodel.Results:Threelatent

categorytrajectorygroupswereobtained:themedium‐needdeclinegroup(9.96%),thelow-needrisegroup(2.60%),andthehigh-need

smoothgroup(87.45%).Therewerestatisticalsignificantdifferencesintermsofageandself-careabilityamongthethreegroups(P

0.05).Conclusion:PatientswithAECOPDhavedifferenttrajectoriesofunmetneeds.Anditisrecommendedthatmedicalstaffimplement

dynamicassessmentandtargetedsupportivecareaccordingtothegroupvariabilityofpatients.
