摘要：基于关联图和层次分析法的特点，分析供电公司智能电能表检定过程时间长问题。利用关联图

定性分析检定时间长的各项原因之间的关系，并采用层次分析法定量计算各原因对问题的影响程度。

最后通过某电力公司的实际案例，证明提出的分析方法满足要求，同时根据分析出的问题研制了一种

装置。

Abstract:Basedonthecharacteristicsofcorrelationgraphandanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP),this

paperanalyzestheproblemoflongverificationtimeofsmartwatthourmeterinpowersupplycompany.

Therelationshipbetweenthecausesoflongverificationtimeisanalyzedqualitativelybyusingthe

correlationdiagram,andtheinfluencedegreeofeachcauseontheproblemiscalculatedquantitativelyby

usingtheanalytichierarchyprocess.Finally,apracticalcaseofapowercompanyinZhejiangprovince

provesthattheproposedanalysismethodmeetstherequirements,andadeviceisdevelopedaccordingto

theproblems.
