半导体企业危险化学品的安全管理策略

摘要：作为现代工业体系的核心支柱之一，半导体产业在持续释放产业创新动能的过程中，会大量接触氢氟酸、硅烷等

活性化学品。这类物质固有的燃爆危险性、热敏反应特性及毒理效应，对生产全流程的风险防控构成严峻挑战。文章分

析了半导体企业危险化学品安全管理的意义，结合半导体企业在危险化学品安全管理方面存在的问题，从危险化学品

的储运、使用及处置环节入手，构建覆盖全生命周期的安全管控体系，为行业安全生产提供解决方案。

关键词：半导体企业；危险化学品；安全管理；管理策略

Abstract:Asoneofthecorepillarsofthemodernindustrialsystem,thesemiconductorindustryisexposedtoalargeamount

ofreactivechemicalssuchashydroﬂuoricacidandsilaneintheprocessofcontinuouslyreleasingthemomentumofindustrial

innovation.Theinherentcombustion-explosionhazard,heat-sensitivereactioncharacteristicsandtoxicologicaleffectsofthese

substancesposeseverechallengestotheriskpreventionandcontrolofthewholeproductionprocess.Thispaperanalyzesthe

signif icanceofthesafetymanagementofhazardouschemicalsinsemiconductorenterprises,combinedwiththeproblemsexisting

inthesafetymanagementofhazardouschemicalsinsemiconductorenterprises,startingfromthestorage,transportation,useand

disposalofhazardouschemicals,buildasafetycontrolsystemcoveringthewholelifecycle,andprovidesolutionsforthesafety

productionoftheindustry.
