摘要

良好的人文关怀能力关系到护理实习生将来护理工作的质量和发展。采用质性研究方法的现象学研究，

对从粤东某高校中抽取的10名实习护生进行半结构式访谈对其人文关怀能力的影响因素展开研究，运用

Nvivo11.0软件进行主题分析。提炼出个人素养、教育影响、水平变化、社会影响四个主要因素。实习护

生的人文关怀能力受教育、环境等多种因素影响，需通过学校与医院共同努力，增强培训与人文关怀的

实践。
