1.引言

涂层作业在不同阶段会对健康、安全和环境（HSE）造成不同的。例如，

在表面处理过程中，可能会产生大量噪音、电击、高速飞溅的磨料和污垢；在

涂漆过程中，则可能隐藏着气体和火灾的风险。由于工作场所的不同，还

会其他。例如，在高处作业时，可能会发生坠落事故。喷砂中的砂粒

会造成环境污染。因此，有必要采取有效措施来控制这些涂层作业。

涂层作业会导致各种疾病，对健康造成长期或短期的影响，如接触性皮炎和由

刺激引起的鼻、喉、肺部不适，甚至职业性哮喘、肝肾损伤以及肺癌。此外，

长时间接触还会导致“油漆工综合征”，造成脑损伤。

2.目的

本程序旨在为制定涂层计划和执行涂层作业的人员指导，通过提高他们对

涂层过程中潜在的认识，并要求采取必要的预防措施。

andkidneyeventhelungcancer.Besides,thelong-timecontactwiththe

organicsolventwillcause“paintersyndrome”withbraininjure.
