微型钢板与克氏针治疗闭合性掌骨骨折的

临床疗效研究

内容提要：目的：探析微型钢板与克氏针在闭合性掌骨骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法：将2022年1月~2023年10月

本院收治的84例有掌骨骨折且为闭合性的患者纳入试验小组中，根据治疗方案的不同分组，每组各42例，对

照组均为克氏针内固定治疗患者，观察组均为微型钢板内固定治疗患者。对比两组临床疗效，包括手术相关指

标、并发症发生情况、手功能恢复情况、治疗满意度。结果：两组手术持续时长、术中失血量无组间对比差

异（P0.05），但观察组术后住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组，且组间对比差异显著（P0.05）。观察组

术后并发症（如感染、骨折延迟愈合、骨折畸形等）总发生率明显低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P0.05）。

观察组手功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P0.05）。结论：在闭合性掌骨骨折患者治疗

中，微型钢板内固定治疗相较于克氏针内固定治疗效果更突出，可以加快患者骨折部位的愈合速度，以及最

大程度规避不良事件出现，这样可进一步推动手部功能的恢复，让患者尽快恢复正常生活工作。

Abstract:Objective:

metacarpal

fractures.

metacarpal

hospital

from

experiment,
