心脏康复在先天性心脏病患儿术后的应用研究进展*

【摘要】

随着心脏介入及心胸外科技术的发展，先天性心脏病（CHD）患儿术后的存活率不断提高。然而，CHD患儿的心肺功

能、运动耐力等要低于正常儿童，即使经过手术治疗，与健康儿童相比仍有差距，给这些患儿生活学习带来诸多限制。近年来，心

脏康复逐渐受到广泛关注，研究证实其可减少CHD术后并发症，缩短住院时间，改善心肺功能，提高生活质量，改善预后，降低

死亡率。文章就心脏康复在CHD患儿术后的应用研究进展进行综述。

[Abstract]Withthedevelopmentofcardiacinterventionandcardiothoracicsurgery,thesurvivalrateofchildrenwithcongenitalheart

disease(CHD)aftersurgeryhasbeenincreasing.However,thecardiopulmonaryfunctionandexercisetoleranceofchildrenwithCHDarelower

thannormalchildren,andevenaftersurgicaltreatment,thereisstillagapbetweenchildrenwithCHDandhealthychildren,whichposesmany

limitationstothelifeandlearningofthesechildren.Inrecentyears,cardiacrehabilitationhasgraduallyreceivedwidespreadattention,andstudies

haveconfirmedthatitcanreducepostoperativecomplicationsofCHD,shortenhospitalizationtime,improvecardiopulmonaryfunction,enhance

qualityoflife,improveprognosis,andreducemortality.ThearticlesummarizestheprogressofcardiacrehabilitationinchildrenwithCHDafter

surgery.
