国内外生物样本库建设现状及对策研究

摘 要：本文深入分析了国内外生物样本库的建设及运营现状，指出我国生物样本库普遍存在存储分散、标准化建设缓慢、

数据化挖掘不足、无法共享、转化利用率低以及可持续运营困难等问题。针对以上问题提出了相应的应对策略，包括推进标准化

建设、提升信息化管理水平、构建“共享+独立”运营新模式、利用人工智能进行数据挖掘、以市场需求为导向加速科研成果转

化等，以期为我国生物样本库的建设与发展提供参考。

Research on the Construction Status and Countermeasures of Biobanks at Home and Abroad

Abstract: This paper deeply analyzes the construction and operation status of biobanks at home and abroad, and

points out that there are common problems in China, such as scattered storage, slow standardization construction,

insufficient data mining, inability to share, low conversion and utilization rate, and difficulties in sustainable operation.

In view of the above problems, corresponding countermeasures are proposed, including promoting the construction

of standardization, improving the level of information management, building a new mode of “sharing+independence”

operation, using artificial intelligence for data mining, and accelerating the transformation of scientific research

achievements guided by market demand, in order to provide reference for the construction and development of biobanks

in China.
