智能鲜食面售卖机创新设计与实现

摘要:基于互联网及自动售卖行业的快速发展，提出一种针对面条制作的自动煮售卖一体化设备“鲜食面售卖机”。文中通过

对设备的功能解析，规划出整机设备各个功能模块，如自动挤面切面装置、凸轮反转倒面机构、落杯落盖及封装模块等，可实现面

条的现场制作、煮制、捞面、加卤及封装售卖等一系列动作。利用SolidWorks对产品各机构进行三维设计与仿真分析，结果显示

符合预期功能要求，为下步样机制造及控制系统构建提供保障。

Abatract:BasedontherapiddevelopmentofInternetandautomaticsellingindustry,thispaperputsforwardakindof

automaticcookingandsellingintegratedequipmentfornoodlemaking.Throughtheanalysisofthefunctionofthe

equipment,planningmachineequipmentofvariousfunctionalmodules,suchastheautomaticnoodleextrudingand

cuttingdevice,thecamflipmechanismtopouroutnoodles,thefallingcupcoverandthepackagemodule,canrealizea

seriesofactionswhichincludetheon-siteproductionofnoodles,cooking,pouringoutnoodles,thegravyfillingand

packageselling.The3Ddesignandsimulationanalysisofthemechanismoftheproductarecarriedoutusing

SolidWorks,andtheresultsshowthatthesystemcanmeettheexpectedfuctionalrequirements,andprovideprotectionfor

thenextstepinprototypemanufacturingandcontrolsystemconstruction.
