在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：分析医院-社区-家庭三级联动安宁疗护在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年

10月北京市太阳宫社区卫生服务中心收治的晚期肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组、观察组，各40例。对照

组实施常规管理，观察组实施医院-社区-家庭三级联动安宁疗护。比较两组干预效果。结果：干预后，两组焦虑自评量

表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前（P＜0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组总满意度高于对照组（P=0.040）。

结论：医院-社区-家庭三级联动安宁疗护在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果显著，可改善患者心理状态，提高满意度。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheapplicationeffectofhospital-community-homethree-levellinkagehospicecarein

advancedcancerpatients.Methods:Atotalof80advancedcancerpatientsadmittedtoBeijingTaiyanggongCommunityHealth

ServiceCenterfromJune2022toOctober2023wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintocontrol

groupandobservationgroup,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinemanagement,andtheobservation

groupreceivedhospital-community-homethree-levellinkagehospicecare.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswere

compared.Results:Afterintervention,thescoresofself-ratinganxietyscaleandself-ratingdepressionscaleinthetwogroups

werelowerthanthosebeforenursing(P0.05),andthescoresintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup

(P0.001).Theoverallsatisfactiondegreeintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P=0.040).

Conclusion:Theapplicationofhospital-community-homethree-levellinkagehospicecareinadvancedcancerpatientshas
