一种配合轨道式运梁车进行喂梁工作的导梁

的研究与应用

摘要：架桥机在架设双层预制U型梁时，若采用梁上运输方案，运梁车如何在下层梁面走行至架桥机天车的提梁位置是一个施

工难点。文中针对印度某地铁线路的实际工况，介绍了某导梁的结构组成和施工流程，说明了该设备在架设双层预制U型梁过程中的

作用；并通过有限元软件MidasNFX计算了导梁在4种主要工况下的强度和刚度，以确保施工的安全可靠性。

theequipmentintheprocessoferectingadouble-layerprefabricatedU-beam.Thestrengthandstiffnessoftheguidebeam

underfourmainworkingconditionsarecalculatedusingthefiniteelementsoftwareMidasNFXtoensurethesafetyand

reliabilityoftheconstruction.
