半桥壳自动冲压生产线的研制*

摘要：为了减轻半桥壳冲压生产线操作人员的劳动强度，增加冲压加工自动化、柔性化，提高生产效率、产品质量、安全性，研发了一种全自动的汽车半桥壳冲压生产线。介绍了汽车半桥壳冲压生产线的工作原理和组成。送料辊道上的板料通过气动吸盘抓取并放到输送线上，板料通过抹油机构抹油或中频加热炉进行加热，采用三自由度机械手将板料送入液压冲压机。实践证明半桥壳自动冲压生产线运行安全、稳定，能满足生产要求。

Abstract:Inordertoreducethelaborintensityoftheoperatorinpresslineforhalf-axlehousing,toincreasetheautomationandflexibleofthepressline,toimprovetheproductionefficiency,productqualityandsafe-tyofthepressline,thefullyautomatedpresslineonhalf-axlehousingisdeveloped.Theworkingprincipleandtheoverallmechanicaldesignofthepresslineforhalf-axlehousingareelaborated.Theplatematerialonfeedrollerisgrabbedandplacedontheconveyinglineslinethroughthepneumaticma-nipulator.Theplatematerialisgreasedthroughoilmechanismorisheatedbytheinductionheatingfur-nace.Theplatematerialisfedintohydraulicpresswiththreedegreesoffreedommanipulator.Practicesshowthattheautomaticpresslinecanrunsafelyandstablyandcanmeettheproduction.
