Thecontractorshallprovidethenecessarylabor,tools,equipmentandmaterialsrequiredtocarryouttheworkasmentionedinclause3.1.Furthermore,alltheworkshallbeperformedinaccordancewithallapplicablelawsandregulationscurrentlyinforce.
