煤矿中ZY6800/15/32型液压支架的有限元分析

摘要：液压支架借助高压乳化液压力产生初撑力，实现对井下工作面的有效支护。在此过中，需要确保支架具有合适

的强度，能适应复杂工况。结合矿采环境特点，以A矿所用的ZY6800/15/32型液压支架为例，在对支架结构及运行原理

进行概述后，基于CATIA软件进行了支架模型的构建，为支架强度仿真奠定基础。在明确仿真的各参数设计和流优化

后，开展了顶梁偏载、扭转工况下支架及承载结构件应力、变形量的分析。经过实践验证，理论性仿真分析具有较高的可

靠性，支架支护效果良好。
