座舱盖骨架危险薄弱部位可靠性分析研究

摘要:

建立了座舱盖骨架侧型材危险薄弱部位有限元计算模型,研究了弯矩对寿命计算结果的影响,修订了基于座舱盖

侧型材穿透性裂纹模式下的剩余强度与裂纹长度的算法,确定了座舱盖骨架侧型材的失效准则,初步计算出座舱盖骨架侧

型材未修前寿命约为663.88飞行小时,使用1mm钢板加强后寿命约为5255.98飞行小时,使用1.5mm钢板加强后寿命

约为11577.81飞行小时,结果显示座舱盖骨架危险薄弱部位经加强后大大提高了使用可靠性。
