高线集卷站盘卷倾翻液压紅的改造

摘要:介绍了高速线材轧钢机组集卷站线材盘卷倾翻装置，针对该倾翻装置驱动液压缸在现场生产使用中存在的问题进

行了分析和总结,制定了改进液压缸结构形式、改进液压缸密封、增设液压缸耳环防脱装置等改造措施并实施。改进后的盘

卷倾翻液压缸彻底解决了其内、外泄等常出现的问题，降低了设备故障率，取得了良好的效果。

hydrauliccylinderoftheturnoverdeviceisanalyzedandsummarizedinordertomeettheproblemsinthefieldproduction

anduse.Reconstructionmeasuressuchasthestructureofthehydrauliccylinder,thesealingofthehydrauliccylinder,and

theaitionoftheanti-offsetdeviceforthehydrauliccylinderearringsareproposed.Theimprovedcoilrolloverhydraulic

cylindercompletelysolvestheproblemsthatoftenoccurintheinnerandouterleakage,reducestheequipmentfailure

rate,andachievesgoodresults.
